- Chief of Marine Services, managing and maintaining fleet of 6 vessels & 2 barges, overseeing all management-related issues, including human resources, hiring/training/mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, project planning/scheduling, product specifications, and managing budgets of up to $2M.
- Meticulous in scheduling ship board maintenance
- Expertly manage inventory and maintenance of 213 fixed and floating aids to navigation
