French and Benelux stocks: Factors to watch
Here are some company news and stories that could impact the markets in France and Benelux or even individual stocks.
ALSTOM: French rail maker Alstom has raised its organic sales forecast for 2025 to over 5%, up from 3%-5% in the past. This is due to strong demand for Alstom's trains and signalling system.
COFINIMMO: Belgian property investment company Cofinimmo has acquired three development assets in Finland. These include a nursing and care facility under construction, and two disabled care assets. The total budget for these projects was approximately 10 million Euros, and the average gross rental yield was approximately 7%.
EIFFAGE: French construction company Eiffage announced third-quarter revenue for 2025 of 6.4 billion euro, an increase of 8.5%. Its contracting orderbook grew to 30.8 billion euro, and it confirmed its 2025 forecast.
FERROVIAL : Spanish infrastructure company Ferrovial issued 400 million euros of non-dilutive convertible bonds that are settled in cash and have a maturity date of 5.5 years.
Home Invest Belgium, a Belgian real estate company that invests in real estate, reported a value of 937.35 millions euros for its portfolio on September 30th 2025. JCDECAUX : French outdoor advertising firm JCDecaux has extended the contract for its Sao Paulo Metro service until February 2036. CATL has selected Mersen, a French electrical equipment manufacturer to provide advanced fuses for batteries systems. NEXPERIA - Customers of Chinese-owned Dutch Chipmaker Nexperia have been working with the firm to find a solution to a dispute between its Europe-based unit, and its packaging facility in China.
UBISOFT - French video game publisher Ubisoft has postponed the publication of its half-year results and requested Euronext to suspend trading in its shares and bonds beginning Friday until its results are published "in a few days".
