French and Benelux stocks: Factors to watch

Here are some company news and stories that could impact the markets in France and Benelux or even individual stocks.

Aedifica: The healthcare real estate company Aedifica announced that its nine-month rental revenue rose by 8%, to 271.8 millions euros. It also raised the EPRA estimate for earnings per share in full-year to 5.10 euros.

ASM INTERNATIONAL Semiconductor Equipment Maker ASM International reported Q3 revenues of 800 million euro with a net income of 384.1 millions euros. Orders totaled 636.8million euros. ASM International forecast Q4 revenues of 630-660 million euro. The company is expecting revenue to increase in 2026, despite a slow-start. It projects a double digit decrease in revenue in China in 2026. However, it confirms a revenue growth of close to 10% in 2025 at constant currency.

Assystem: The engineering group Assystem reported a nine-month revenue totaling 484.2 million Euros, of which 76% was generated by nuclear activities. It also maintained its full-year targets for 2025.

BIC SA: French consumer products maker BIC announced a third-quarter revenue totaling 519 million Euros. It also cut its full-year growth forecast to between -1% and -1%. The company expects an adjusted EBIT of 13.7%, and has signed an agreement with India to sell the Cello stationery business. COMPAGNIE DES ALPES: French ski resort operator Compagnie des Alpes announced full-year sales at 1.40 billion euro, an 8.9% increase on a comparative basis. It also raised its EBITDA growth forecast to just above 15%, from 15%.

GAZTRANSPORT ETTECHNIGAZ: Royalstav and Veolia have selected Elogen, a subsidiary of Gaztransport and Technigaz for a renewable hydrogen project in Slovakia. On-site installation is scheduled for 2026.

M6: French broadcaster Metropole Television announced Q3 revenue of 269.2 millions euros, with advertising revenue at 220.7 million euro stable compared to Q3 2024. EBITA increased slightly to 37.5 million euros and the operating margin rose 0.6 percentage points. The company confirmed that its 2028 stream revenue guidance exceeds 200 million euros, but it expects the TV advertising market to decline in Q4 of 2025.

SECHE ENVIRONMENT: French waste management firm Seche Environnement announced a third-quarter revenue of 295.5 millions euros. The company confirmed that its full-year target is close to 1,180million euros. Revenues for the nine months were up by 8% at constant rates and 4% in absolute terms. VETOQUINOL : French veterinary pharmaceutical firm Vetoquinol announced nine-month sales at 384 million euro, and operating profit remained high in the first nine months, similar to the first half 2025.
