Action Energy will begin trading on the Boursa Kuwait Premier Market on Wednesday

The exchange announced that the shares of oilfield services provider Action Energy Company would begin trading on Boursa Kuwait Premier Market on Wednesday under a ticker symbol ALF?TAQA.

Kuwaiti company AEC was founded in 2015. It provides services such as drilling, exploration, production, gas injection, and maintenance for oil and gas installations, wells, refineries, and petrochemical facilities.

AEC increased its issued and paid up capital from 20 million dinars to 56,65 million dinars (about 184,80 million?millions) through a number of measures, including the issuance of bonus shares, the conversion of preference shares into ordinary shares, and a private initial offer.

The Boursa announced that it had offered 45.9% to "diversify its shareholder base and strengthen governance practices, as well as increase its visibility among investors".

The statement said that the move was a "transformative landmark" for the company. AEC Vice-Chairman,?Rawaf Ibrahim Bourisli added that the company had an estimated contract backlog of 324 million dinars as of June 2025.

National Investment Company of Kuwait was exclusive listing adviser and subscription agent. Private subscriptions were conducted on its website from November 23 to December 7.
