Siemens Energy will pay dividends for 2025 and raises the mid-term outlook

November 13, 2025

Siemens Energy announced on Thursday it will pay its first dividend for four years, and has also raised its outlook mid-term due to strong demand in gas turbines and transmission technology.

Christian Bruch, CEO of the company's wind-turbine division, said that the success "was hard-earned" and not a result of chance. He was referring to the years of cost cutting and restructuring in response to a quality crisis.

Siemens Energy has recommended a dividend payout of 0.70 euros per share ($0.82) for the fiscal period that ended in September. This is the highest payout since Siemens Energy was spun off in 2020 from its former parent Siemens AG.

Siemens Energy expects to see sales grow at least 10% annually in the period 2025-2028. The profit margin will also increase to between 14% and 16% by 2028.

The group's sales were expected to grow at a rate of high single-digits until 2028. Its margins would be 10%-12%. Reporting by Christoph Steitz, Editing by Lisa Shumaker.
