Russia Agrees to Hold Gas Talks with EU, Ukraine
Russia's Energy Ministry said on Tuesday it had agreed to meet Ukrainian and EU officials on March 20 in Brussels to discuss Russian gas supplies to Ukraine.
A temporary agreement, called the 'winter package', brokered by the EU expires on March 31.
