Lukoil's Fedun Will Not Overpay for Bashneft Privatization
Russia's Lukoil will not overpay for its rival Bashneft, which has been included by the state in a privatization list for later this year, Lukoil's vice president and second biggest private shareholder Leonid Fedun said.
