AIRBUS:
AirAsia, the Malaysian budget airline, announced on Wednesday that it had placed a firm order for 150 'Airbus A220' jets made in Canada. The company also has 150 options to buy a larger version if Airbus produces it.
AMG CRITICAL MATTERS
AMG, a specialty metals manufacturer, reported a first-quarter revenue?of $446 million and an adjusted EBITDA of $44 million. This is - 24% lower than the previous year. The company reiterated that it expects its adjusted EBITDA to be between $210 million and $240 million in 2026.
EMEIS:
Emis, a healthcare operator, reported a first-quarter revenue totaling 1.51 billion euro ($1.77 billion) with an organic growth rate of 6.3%. The occupancy rate was 89.1% (+2.1 percentage points). It confirmed its outlook and guidance.
TECHNIP ENERGIES
The French state 'bank BPIFrance began a accelerated bookbuilding procedure to sell 3.57 million Technip shares, representing 2.0% of the share capital. This reduced BPIFrance’s stake from around 8% to around 8%.
TRIGANO:
Trigano, a manufacturer of motor homes, reported that its 'net income' in the first half of 2026 rose by 15% to 121 mln euros. This was on sales of 1.78 bln euros. It also reported a recurring income of 159 million euros.
