ALTEN: 'French engineering- and technology-consulting firm Alten reported revenues of EUR2.11bn in the first half of 2012 and revised upwards its outlook for?2026, anticipating organic growth between 1.4% and 1.8% as well as operating profitability around 9%.
AMG CRITICALMATERIALS: Graphit Kropfmuhl was sold to Asbury 'Advanced Materials' by the Dutch specialty metals and material company AMG - Critical Materials.
COMPAGNIE DES ALPES: French ski resort operator Compagnie des Alpes has reported nine-month revenues of EUR1.16 Billion and confirmed its medium-term outlook. However, it revised short-term EBITDA to between 2%-5% growth compared to nearly 10% previously.
DEEZER: French streaming music service Deezer announced first-half adjusted EBITDA (EUR8.5 million) and net income (EUR6.7 million), with revenues of EUR268.2 millions, up 0.4% on the year, and confirmed their 2026 outlook, despite total subscribers falling 3.5% to 8,9 million.
ELVALHALCOR : Greek copper - and aluminium producer Elvalhalcor announced a first-half profit of EUR128.9 compared to EUR74.0 a year earlier, with revenues up 18% on the year at EUR2.20 billion.
EKINOPS - French telecommunications company Ekinops reported H1 revenues of EUR58.2 millions with EBITDA at EUR5.9million, current operating income at EUR0 and a loss of EUR2.8million.
ESSILORLUXOTTICA : The Franco-Italian eyewear manufacturer EssilorLuxottica has reported a first-half revenue figure of EUR14.81 Billion, an increase of 9.7% compared to the same period last year at constant exchange rates. It also posted an adjusted operating profit of EUR2.75 Billion. Revenue from AI glasses nearly doubled in Q2 with ESSILORLUXOTTICA confirming its long-term outlook.
Gaztransport et technigaz, a French LNG tank technology company, reported an EBIT of EUR248.2 millions and nel income of EUR210.4million for the first half of 2012. They also confirmed their revenue and EBITDA goals of 2026 and declared?an interim dividend of EUR4.30 per share.
KERING: French luxury group Kering announced a first-half net profit of EUR189 millions, with revenues of EUR7.220 Billion and recurring operational income of EUR921 MILLION.
LOUIS HACHETTE GROUP : The French media and publishing company Louis Hachette Group has reported a first-half revenue totaling EUR4,54 billion, a net loss amounting to EUR8 million. EBITA was EUR218 millions and the net debt stood at EUR1.73billion at June 30.
MEMSCAP: French micro-electro-mechanical systems company MEMSCAP reported Q2 net income of EUR442 thousand, with revenue from continuing operations of EUR3.64 million and adjusted EBITDA of EUR643 thousand.
MERCIALYS - French retail property company Mercialys has reported a first-half EBITDA figure of EUR76.3m and increased its net recurrent earning guidance for 2026 to EUR1.30-EUR1.32 a share. It also raised its dividend target at least EUR1.02 a share.
SEMCO TECHNOLOGIES : French technology company Semco Technologies announced a first-half revenue increase of 20 percent to EUR19.9 millions, and confirmed their goals for 2028.
SMCP: French fashion company SMCP announced a first-half revenue of EUR597 millions and an adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of EUR119.2million while confirming their 2026 goals.
SOITEC: French semi-conductor materials maker Soitec has reached a "settlement" with French tax authorities that will result in the forfeiture of a EUR320,000,000 tax loss carry forward and an outflow of cash of up to EUR60,000,000 in the third quarter 2027.
VASTNED - Dutch retail property investor Vastned announced a first-half rental income of EUR34.1m with a 95% occupancy rate. EPRA earnings per?share of EUR1.02 and proposed a dividend for FY 2026 of EUR1.90 gross?per share. It also confirmed its outlook for the full year.
VERALLIA - French glass packaging company Verallia has reported a H1 adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest and taxes) of EUR352 millions and revenues of EUR1,699, a net loss of EUR27 million, down from EUR68, million a year earlier. It also confirmed an outlook for 2026 of EUR220, million in free cash flow.
