AIRBUS/SPAIN - Employees of Airbus AIR.PA, a Spanish aircraft manufacturer, have been on strike in most of 'Spain up until the end of 'July due to what unions call deteriorating conditions at work.
AIR LIQUIDE - The French industrial gas company Air Liquide is investing over $200 million in Texas to expand chemical manufacturing. A new partial oxidation plant will be operational in early 2029.
BANIJAY Group: Television production company?Banijay Group, RedBird IMI and All3Media have merged to form Banijay Entertainment.

VINCI: French construction company and concessions company,?Vinci, won an eight-year deal to install and run charging stations for heavy vehicle in Germany. The contract involved an investment of around EUR100million.
