The engineering company reported net income of 180 millions euros and revenue 388.7million euros for the first six months of the year. This represents a 49% growth in EBITDA when compared with H1 2024.
Havas:
The multinational advertising company and public relations firm reported revenue of 1,41 billion euros, and adjusted EBIT of EUR 144 millions for the first six months of the year.
Eurofins:
The Luxembourg-based biotechnology firm priced 500 million euro 7.5-year senior unsecured bonds with a fixed coupon rate of 3.875%.
Tarkett:
The French flooring and sports surfaces company reported an EBIT adjusted of 83.9 millions euros and revenues of 1,573.5 millions euros for the first six months of the year.
Eiffage:
The company's revenue, excluding construction, was 1.56 billion euro for APRR during the first half of this year.
Imerys:
The company's sales were stable on a comparative basis in the first half 2025. Organic growth was -0.4%.
Kering:
The French luxury goods company reported revenues of 7,587 millions euros for the first six months of the year. This is slightly lower than the IBES estimates of 7,642million euros.
Compagnie de Saint-Gobain:
The multinational corporation announced that it would be making three acquisitions, one each in North America (including Italy), Peru, and Peru. The company acquired Interstar Materials Isoltech and Soquimic.
Verallia:
For the first half of this year, the french glass packaging company reported a net profit of 67.5 millions euros and revenues of 1,723 millions euros.
The BWGI also announced that the public tender offered by BWGI would be reopened.
Metropole Television SA
The French television network Metropole Television SA has confirmed that it expects to exceed EUR200M in streaming revenue by 2028, and H1 streaming revenues are up 32.5%.
