Here are some company news and stories that could impact the markets in France and Benelux or even individual stocks.

ALSTOM

The French train manufacturer said Monday that it had signed a contract worth 1.7 billion euros ($1.96 billion), to supply 96 new RER trainsets, for the RER D Line in France.

The French pen manufacturer announced on Monday that Chad Spooner, BIC's chief financial officer, will be leaving the company as of July 11. Chris Dayton will be the interim chief financial officers.

The second-largest listed French bank, Indosuez Wealth Management, plans to buy the "wealth" management clients of BNP Paribas's rival in Monaco.

Cobepa has acquired the Belgian investment firm's stake in Itineris, which it sold to Cobepa. The company estimated that this sale would have a positive effect on net asset values of slightly less than one euro per share.

Ludovic Paauchard has been appointed as director of industrial and craftsmanship at LVMH, effective September 1, announced the French luxury company on Monday.
