French and Benelux stocks: Factors to watch

Here are some company news and stories that could impact the markets in France and Benelux or even individual stocks.

CREDIT AGICOLE: French bank Credit Agricole announced on Wednesday that it had signed a long term partnership agreement with Belgium’s Crelan Group, and would be acquiring a 9.9% share in the company.

ELIOR GROUP - French food caterer Elior lowered on Wednesday its organic revenue growth forecast for 2025, citing a priority on profitability. EXAIL: France's Exail Technologies announced two new orders totaling more than 10 million euros in the aero-defense sector. SOCIETE LDC - French food processing company Societe LDC announced on Wednesday that it will reach its 2026-2027 Strategic Plan targets an entire year ahead of schedule. It also announced a revenue for the full year of 6.32 billion euro.

MAUREL ET Prom: French oil firm Maurel et Prom announced that it had begun construction on its Quilemba photovoltaic energy plant in Angola. The company plans to bring it online during the first half of 2026. SANOFI SA: Sanofi announced that it will acquire Vigil Neuroscience, Inc., adding to its neurology pipeline a new investigational medication to treat Alzheimer's.

SPIE: France's Spie announced on Wednesday the successful placement of a 600-million euro sustainability-linked bond issuance.

SYENSQO : Belgian Chemical Company Syensqo has announced the pricing for a bond offering of 1.2 billion euros.

VINCI, a French construction and concessions company, announced on Wednesday that it had sold its 50% share in the Mantiqueira High-Voltage Power Line in Brazil for approximately 130 million euros.
