Total Shuts Output at 3 Refinery Units
Total has halted output at some units of three of its refineries in France due to protests over proposed labour law reform that have prompted a blockade of oil depots and petrol stations, oil industry body UFIP said on Saturday. Three of Total's nine oil depots were blocked by protesters on Saturday morning and 317 out of its 2,200 petrol stations in the country had run out of all or some fuels, it said.

Workers at oil storage firm Vopak will take strike action if the company does not make an improved pay offer as part of a collective bargaining agreement by Monday, a union official said on Friday. The CNV Vakmensen union informed the company on Tuesday after talks aimed at securing an improved agreement for workers broke down, union spokesman Gijs Dupont told Reuters.
