Mexico's Pemex reports a larger third-quarter Loss of $8.2 billion
According to a filing at the Mexican stock exchange on Tuesday, the state-owned Mexican oil company Pemex posted a larger 161.3 billion peso (approximately $8.2 billion) net loss for the third quarter, compared with losses of approximately $4.5 billion during the same period last year. The country's largest company generated revenues of 426.1 billion pesos between July and September. The company reported that its debts for the last three months totaled $97.3 Billion.
PetroVietnam Beats Q1 Crude Output Target

Vietnam's state oil firm PetroVietnam said on Monday its crude oil output was 2.6 million tonnes in the first quarter this year, 12.6% higher than its target.The figure, however, is lower than the company's crude oil output of 2.74 million tonnes in the same period last year. PetroVietnam, formally known as Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, reported natural gas output of 1.97 billion cubic metres in the January-March period, 17.6% higher than its target.
Pemex Signs Crude Contract with Hyundai
Mexican state oil company Pemex said on Thursday it had signed a contract with South Korea's Hyundai Motor Co to sell the company crude oil in the second half of this year. (Reporting by David Alire Garcia)
